Conroy Couch sold us our dream engagement ring which we fell in love with. Unfortunately after giving them a week to resize and rhodium plate the ring when it arrived it resembled the shape of a fifty pence piece and have chunks missing from the ring.

After sending it back the ring was returned to us at the incorrect size, so finally after returning to seller it was refunded to us.

• rub set rings should not be sized down due to pressure on the stone.

The disgraceful finish to this ring is disappointing to say the least.
