This garage has made its way into the bad service category through customer service incompetence.

We took our car here, for the second time and remain disgusted with their attitude. As with most car owners who have alloy wheels we have locking wheel bolts. Sadly the garage decided to use left hand thread socket on the bolt rather than contact us first. Their method of resolution is to offer their dremel services on the bolt head as compensation. For this reason Exlers Garage remain in our bad service category.
