Lets take a look at this disk bracket:

It looks quite normal doesn't it, this takes a 2.5" disk and has a metal lever on the front to remove from the front of a T5240.

Now, lets take a look at that lever a little more closely:

Then if we look at it from the other side we'll see the nose and smiley:
